Our Crisis
The roof over Solo Moms Healing Hub is failing, and we're racing against time. Recent Hurricane Milton damage has made our situation critical - water is getting in, threatening the safety of exploited foster children and single mothers who depend on us for shelter.
Without immediate action, we may have to close our doors, leaving our most vulnerable community members without a safe place to call home, including 2 foster children who have been exploited.
Who We Are
Solo Moms Recovery and Healing Church Inc is a local non-profit providing housing and support services for:
Foster children who have experienced exploitation and abuse
Women and children fleeing human trafficking and domestic violence
Single mothers working to build stable, independent lives
We are their safe haven - the place they turn to when they have nowhere else to go.

Our building inspections revealed extensive roof deterioration and possible water damage that threatens:
The safety of resident children and mothers
The structural integrity of our building
Our ability to continue operations during rainy season
We need a complete metal roof replacement, including materials, permits, and professional installation - total cost: $50,000
