Donate in memory of Nathan Newland
Donation protected
My name is Pank.
I am Nathan's next of kin.
Nathan passed away on September 4th 2023, less than two months after being diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma.
Unfortunately, he deteriorated within a matter of hours and much faster than anyone anticipated.
As a result he was unable to arrange many of the things he wanted to, including his funeral.
Anyone that knew Nathan will tell you he would be the first to help others when asked. He was a man of his word and genuinely cared for others.
Oscar, his English bulldog was his world and meant everything to him. Towards the end he felt he had let Oscar down as he'd promised him a home forever. Concerned more about what would happen to him than to himself.
I promised Oscar would be loved and cared for no matter what, and I keep that promise by delivering him to his new forever home at the end of this week. There will be costs incurred - food, insurance etc, which leaves very little for Nathan's funeral.
No matter what size, your donation would ensure Nathan has the goodbye he both wanted and that he deserves.
At a time when many are struggling with the cost of living, I appreciate how difficult it is right now, and it is because of this that your donation means even more.
I was fortunate that I was able to tell him that he was loved, that he mattered, thst he had purpose and that he would be remembered.
I would like for everyone that wanted, to be able to say goodbye, but for that, I need your help.
Please help if you can, and if you'd like to come to his funeral, please do let me know.
Though broken right now, I thank you with all my heart.
Pank & Oscar the English Bulldog.
Thank you.
