It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of a beloved member of our judo family, Hussein, on December 22, 2025. Though Hussein wasn't on the mats doing judo with his brother, Yassine, he could be found off the mats, bringing joy to the younger children. He would often play games in the squash courts with the kids, such as Octopus or the Great Wall of China and it wasn't unusual to find all the kids curled up to him to watch videos on his phone.

Though quiet, Hussein will be remembered for his great smile, friendliness and his dedication to his family.
