Hello, my name is Karen, and on Friday, the 8th of August, we have a four-year-old niece, Rosie, who is going to have open-heart surgery. We've been dreading this day since she was born.

Her mom, who is a single mom, has to stay with her, as she should, for a week or maybe longer. Anything that you can do to help them would be awesome.
