We are raising funds to support Holden and his family after a terrifying and life-altering experience. Over the weekend, Holden nearly drowned in a backyard pool. In a moment no parent ever wants to live through, his heart stopped — and it was only thanks to the heroic, quick-thinking actions of his parents who got him from the pool, his cousin who performed CPR, and the fast response of emergency teams, that Holden is alive today. It is truly a miracle.

Holden is now home and smiling again, but his journey is far from over. His family is facing overwhelming medical bills, and he’ll need ongoing care — including therapy, trauma support, and private swim lessons to rebuild confidence and safety in the water. His parents have had to step away from work to be by his side through every step of his recovery.
