On February 26th, I am choosing to push my physical and mental limits by completing an 8-hour sponsored gym session. This challenge is deeply personal: I am doing this in memory of A Father A Son , A brother , whom we lost to PTSD. He is my "why," and his memory is what will drive me through every single rep.

The Mission
While I will face 480 minutes of physical strain, many of our veterans face a silent, uphill battle with mental health every day. I am raising vital funds for Help for Heroes to ensure that those who served our country receive the life-changing support they deserve. They didn't quit on us, and I won't quit on this gym floor.
The Challenge Breakdown
I will be tackling a grueling rotation, training each major muscle group for 90 minutes straight. I am proud to be supported by a team of Personal Trainers and great friends who will be training alongside me to help me reach the finish line:

1.5 Hours: Legs
1.5 Hours: Back
1.5 Hours: Chest
1.5 Hours: Shoulders
1.5 Hours: Arms
Final 30 Mins: The "Hero" Finisher

Please consider donating. Every penny helps Help for Heroes provide the life-changing mental health and physical support that our veterans so desperately need. I’m doing the reps, but I need your help to reach the target.
For Matt , and for every hero still fighting their battle—let’s do this."
