Hi. As many of you know and some of you don’t Erich has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to other parts of his body. It is treatable. One of the treatments they did was an immunotherapy drug to make his immune system fight the cancer. Erich has had a reaction to this drug that has landed him in the hospital. He has been here for a few weeks and will be here for a few more. Basically his immune system went crazy and caused high fevers and a level 4 skin reaction that is extremely painful. The first layer of his skin is peeling off. I want to get him a new bed to sleep in when he comes home so he can stop sleeping in a recliner. The bed we have now is not comfortable for all his pain. I’m looking at a Necter adjustable bed and frame. Around $2,800. He has pain from the bone cancer but now will have the added pain of his skin regrowing. I could buy the bed but with him not working right now we are trying to save so I thought I would try this.
