Bowling Green Volunteer Fire Department is a small, all volunteer department located in Bowling Green, IN. We are applying for an OCRA grant to build a more modern, updated firehouse. Our current building was constructed in 1981 as a two bay block building with standard garage doors. Later, a two bay pole addition was added to house newer Fire apparatus. Designed for utility, the building lacks restrooms for firefighters and running water is limited to a garden hose for basic needs. For our grant we must match 10% and we are seeking community support and sponsorship. Donations are tax deductible. Our primary focus is to serve our community, and this new facility will greatly simply that mission. Thank you for your support.
