Donate Backpacks to Pasadena's Fire-Impacted Families
Beschermde donatie
As a group of youth leaders in the East Meets West Parent Education Club, living near the Eaton Fire in Pasadena, we have seen firsthand the devastation the Eaton Fire has caused to our greater community. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the terrible inferno.
To help, we are undergoing the Backpack Donation Project initiative to donate backpacks (with supplies inside) to impacted students and families in Pasadena, California. We will donate through two organizations: The Boys and Girls Club of Pasadena and Door of Hope. The money will be used for the purchasing of backpack items (school supplies, living items, etc.), backpacks, and project marketing. Extra funds will go directly to Habitat for Humanity (an organization that builds low-income housing).
