My father passed unexpectedly on April 1st. We have been waiting the last 2 months for him receive his headstone through the VA, to find out that the VA only covers the stone, not the installation cost. As I'm in a foreign country with currency differences, I do not have this amount. Anything will help go towards the headstone and payments I've set up. He will not receive the headstone until I've paid off the balance in full.
