Hola, soy Valeria. Hace un año vine a Canadá con el sueño de conseguir un trabajo y sponsorship para poder traer a mis hijos y esposo conmigo. Con mucho sacrificio y realizando el paso a paso de mi plan, después de mi primer mes lo conseguí y para Julio del 2023 ya tenía mi permiso e trabajo por dos años en Vancouver. Lo que seguía no era difícil; era aplicar a las visas y permiso de trabajo de mi esposo e hijos. Lamentablemente el asesor migratorio con el que trabajé en Canadá no trabajo mi caso y las aplicaciones como debía y omitió documentos importantes lo cual tuvo un resultado negativo; que para mí, en su momento, fue devastador.

Tenía una casa alquilada para toda mi familia y la ilusión mas grande de poder pasar la navidad juntos y terminar con esta parte del proceso, que significa para mí estar sola en un país, sin mis cuatro hijos, sin mi esposo y sin mi familia. Una agonía diaria.

Después de unas semanas de búsqueda llegue a las manos de un excelente abogado que va a trabajar en la siguiente aplicación de todos, y la verdad que lo único que no quiero es tomar riesgos y poder tener un resultado positivo con sus visas. Que mi hijo y mis tres hijas tengan una experiencia increíble aquí, y quisiera poder darles todas las oportunidades que se merecen. Pero los necesito conmigo y ellos me necesitan a mí.

Tengo que pagar a los abogados, cuanto antes porque debo tenerlo pagado antes de ingresar la aplicación y no perder tiempo, y la verdad es que no puedo sola. Quisiera pero es algo que no puedo solventar en estos momentos por mí sola y no puedo sobrevivir a otro año sin ellos.
