Don Bland's Golden Bear Rebound Fund

Golden Bear Don Bland — #73 offensive tackle on our 1972 UAHS football team and heavyweight wrestler — needs our help. After 20 years of working as a senior administrator at a federal agency, the progressive degeneration of his football injuries (he was an OSU walk-on, too) has left him now unable to work and surviving on $750/month disability. He's three months from permanent subsidized housing but needs a transition lift to help him rebound. He'll invest a small part of the money in a Chromebook, so he can learn how to earn money online teaching English and doing paid online research.
