Domestic violence Help family fight for protection

Just two weeks after moving into our new place, the girl girls father began to stalk and harass us and destroy everything I’ve worked for.

A little back story:
I finally left him after 6 years of verbal abuse.. we have not been together in 2 years.

This is not the first time he’s come after us, last year he threatened to “kill me and everyone who’s done him wrong” because I wasn’t with him. 

 He harassed me for weeks, followed me to
work, outings, the girls school. Ect.
 It temporarily ended when the police arrested him for coming to my house with a gun and then fleeing to a town outside of Austin.

They let him out about 8 months later and it started again!

once again, with him threatening to kill himself if I didn’t speak to him, threatening to
take the girls away, telling me I was being
followed by dangerous people and saying the only way that I would be protected was if he 
was around. I pleaded him to stop and go get 
help. 

Two weeks ago he tried to kill himself, he
was taken to a hospital , followed by 48 hours 
in a mental hospital.

They let him out and prescribed him more pills! ‍♀️



The day he was released he started to show upat my home, my daughters school, outings. Fiends houses. Ect
It quickly escalated when one day he blocked me from getting into my car,  I left it downtown for five hours. When I went back to get it thinking he was gone he ran up and started beating my car and broke his hand.
A few hours later he came to my apartment  to smash all of my car windows out and a friends windows. The cops came and failed to arrest 
him.

Over the next week; He trashed my apartments; threw fire works at our door, threw everything we gave him around the complex, spray painted my patio, tried to break in, showing up at friends houses and threatening their 
lives. Returned to do more damage to my car!

He consistently harassed me by sending me millions of texts and calling repeatedly
saying I was running out of time;
yelling at the top of his lungs saying he was going to kill us and then himself. 

I sent everything to the police and begged them to find him. The police came out about 15 times, they searched for him and failed to arrest him, they will not give me an EPO, they will not ping his phone, they are not helping me and
my children stay safe.

My car can not be driven, I lost current and future work and do not feel safe leaving my children until he is arrested. I have no family, I can’t return to my apartment, in fact management wants me to move out, due to
concerned neighbors/witnesses.

He has completely taken everything I’ve worked for to provide my children with a stable life in a matter of two weeks and has made it clearthat he “won’t give up.” 

I won’t let him win, I won’t let him hurt us or cause more damage to my daughters mental health or our belongings. However, I need help. 

We need to move, change our names, repair
our car, hire a lawyer and establish full
custody, along with a protective and restraining orders.
We have to start completely over.
We would appreciate any help so we can moveforward with our lives before things get worse.

This has been a night mare and I just want to get out life back and help the girls understand what has happened and heal through this.
