My name is Tisha Daugherty. After 24 years of domestic abuse I grew a spine and filled for divorce.
My estranged husband and I were a few days away from our first court hearing on who would get to reside in our home. Him,or me and my children. He took anything and everything that would benefit me and my kids and destroyed them. I have no access to his money until the judge orders him to pay alimony or support. I have no clue how long this process will take. I need to fix the windows to have a secure home .
