dogwalker assistance during coronavirus recession

The very necessary response to the coronavirus spread in the US is causing economic hardships for many service industry workers, dogwalk included. As our clients cancel travel plans, work from home, or are unfortunately finding themselves unable to work, the workloads for our team of dogwalkers is dwindling fast. I am concerned about  their ability to weather this storm, as for most, dogwalk is their only source of income. With some community support, I'm hopeful that we can help each other get through this without drastic measures. If our community response of social distancing works to curb this outbreak quickly, I'm hopeful that this will not be a prolonged recession and we can get these walkers back on the streets with your pups sooner rather than later. 

In the meantime, any funds contributed through this campaign will be split among the contract dogwalkers proportionately to how many walks they would have done under normal circumstances.
