My Delegate Campaign To The DNC

This is a huge honor that I am very excited about.

I have been charged with the sacred duty of representing 10,200 of my fellow Oregonians as a Pledged Delegate to Bernie Sanders at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia July 25th-28th.

And this role requires spending a hefty chunk of resources.  

Please help in any way your can or feel drawn to.

As National Delegates, we are obligated to stay in a certain hotel for 4 nights, Buy an airplane ticket averaging $650 RT, Pay fees to the DNC of $125 and then all the other costs (food transport etc) in addition to the outlay for our materials and whatever kind of activism we are planning.  This plus regular overhead for a week of work missed.  

I chose the number $2,500 as a subsidy to help me represent our community.

I look forward to hearing your hopes, prayers, messages, input about strategy, vision and perspective on how to best use this opportunity for our community over these next few weeks.

I will have the opportunity to speak to many of the senators and congresspeople, the democratic party elites and all of the superdelegates and will use it to the fullest of my ability.
