My father Seng Lim, unexpectantly lost his wife, Phomrin Hieng, shortly after giving birth to my sister Kimberly.  As many of you know my father is a self-employed shrimper in Buras, LA.  But with the unexpectant lost, the care of a newborn, and his teenage daughter, Nith, he will not be able to work this season.   

As devastating as a tragedy like this one, the last thing he should be worrying about is finances.  Our goal is to keep any additional stress off of his plate so that he can focus on Kimberly and Nith during this time.
