We are raising funds to cover the initial legal groundwork related to recent and significant changes surrounding BitHarvest that have caused financial and operational harm to members of our community.

These funds will be used strictly for early-stage evidence collection, document review, and legal discovery with qualified professionals in Australian and in Malaysia. The goal at this stage is not to rush into litigation, but to responsibly determine whether a viable legal case exists and if pursuing further action is justified.

Specifically, contributions will help pay for:

Preservation and analysis of relevant communications, contracts, and records
