<div>We are raising funds to cover the initial legal groundwork related to recent and significant changes surrounding BitHarvest that have caused financial and operational harm to members of our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These funds will be used strictly for early-stage evidence collection, document review, and legal discovery with qualified professionals in Australian and in Malaysia. The goal at this stage is not to rush into litigation, but to responsibly determine whether a viable legal case exists and if pursuing further action is justified.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Specifically, contributions will help pay for:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Preliminary legal consultation and discovery guidance
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Preservation and analysis of relevant communications, contracts, and records
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Preliminary legal consultation and discovery guidance
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Expert review to assess potential claims, risks, and costs
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Determining whether escalation to formal legal class action is warranted
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is a fact-finding phase designed to bring clarity, accountability, and informed decision-making. If the evidence does not support moving forward, no further action will be taken. If it does, contributors will be updated on next steps.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Transparency and responsible use of funds are a priority. Updates will be shared as milestones are reached.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Total required for this process is $4000AUD.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting due diligence, truth-seeking, and fairness.
