Disabled Surfing SA
Donation protected
The Disabled Surfers Association of S.A. is a volunteer organisation and provides an opportunity for those with a disability to try catching a wave and for families and carers to share their experience.
Our mission is to assist people less fortunate than ourselves to have a totally safe experience and a fun day in the Moana Beach surf.
It's all about “ putting smiles on dials”.
Disabled Surfers SA is a benevolent charity and we rely heavily on community support and donations to enable us to grow our surf activity program for the benefit of the disabled in our community.
Unfortunately, our structure means we aren't able to access State Government grants to fund the replacement of equipment.
We need our community's help to purchase custom wetsuits, beach access wheelchairs and large surfboards that suit people with a disability.
Every dollar donated to our fundraiser goes towards supporting South Australians living with a disability to enjoy the amazing surf our State has to offer.
