Day 469 Update

Our hearts are heavy on the 469th day of hostile action against the people of Ukraine. The destruction of the Nova Kakhovka dam marks a new phase in the campaign of terror unleashed by the Russian Federation. Hundreds of people, including many elders who were unable to reach high ground, have died. Thousands more are displaced. Delicate ecosystems have been devastated. The scale of the tragedy keeps expanding as the Dnipro rushes farther away from her banks.

In the face of this truly colossal catastrophe, Team Multihuman has responded by collecting and distributing critical supplies to people caught in Moscow’s crosshairs. Just like we have been doing since the beginning of the humanitarian disaster last year. Just like we will keep doing until every square meter of Ukraine is free from Russian control.

From the bottom of our hearts, everyone at Multihuman would like to thank each and every one of you for your support and solidarity during this dynamic and difficult crisis. Together, we have fed hungry people, cared for those who have lost everything, and provided for those who are the most vulnerable among us: our elders, our children, those who are sick, and the pets and animals who share our lives. Although our team is exhausted to the bone and heartsick over the scale of destruction wrought on our beautiful country, your generous donations are the fuel that powers our people, enabling us to keep serving our fellow humans through the dark night of this senseless war all the way until victory dawns.
