did you know that the 29th of October is world stroke day

many of you will know that’s on the 21st of December 24. I suffered from my stroke and I can tell you it’s a life changing event when they say Rome wasn’t built in a day there truth in that because strike recovery is hard slow and intense you try and throw the kitchen sink at it then you realise it’s only so much you can physically do because the fatigue hits not just mentally but also physically

i’ve been extremely fortunate that I’ve been able to afford additional therapies such as a neuro physio and Hydro none of this comes cheap and the NHS can only do so much as we all know no I want you to take a moment and think about those that can’t afford additional therapies

I’m fundraising specifically for different strokes as they support everyone within a working age in different ways and one of those is by providing a bursary for therapy to a recovery
