Diane’s Battle Against Cancer

If you’ve ever met Diane, you know she is truly one of a kind. She’s the kind of person who wears her heart on her sleeve and would give the shirt off her back for anyone—family member, friend, stranger, or someone in between. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering willingness to help others have touched countless lives.

Last year, Diane bravely battled colon cancer and came out on the other side with strength and grace. Unfortunately, she now received devastating news: a mass has been found on her liver. She will be starting chemotherapy again soon, facing yet another uphill battle—but she’s not doing it alone. She’s a great friend to have, a mother of 3 boys, a wife and a grandmother to a beautiful little girl. As if the emotional and physical toll weren’t enough, Diane is also going to be facing severe financial hardship. She has been denied access to financial assistance and will not be receiving income during her treatment. It’s an unimaginable burden for someone who has always put others first before herself.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for Diane.

We’re raising funds to help cover her basic living expenses, medical costs not covered by insurance, transportation to and from treatments, and anything else she may need during this incredibly difficult time.
