Dear Members;
Every family and business around the world continues to be severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic as we experience this once in a lifetime crisis. Upon hearing of the closure of most of our operations at Diamante during this time, many members have voiced concern for the staff at Diamante who serve them every day.
I appreciate all your concern, because at times like this, the Diamante family must bond together to protect our most valuable assets, which is our staff. The entire staff has been dedicated and committed to serving you and your guests for many years and they could use our assistance paying for essential living expenses during these challenging times.
Going forward, it will become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of all staff members, but Diamante is committed to making sure all of our staff can cover essential expenses. As many members have expressed a desire to help with this commitment, we have opened a Diamante COVID-19 Staff Assistance Go Fund Me page: https://www.gofundme.com/f/diamante-covid19-staff-assistance-fund.
In an effort to have complete transparency over the distribution of funds collected, 100% of all collected funds will go directly to the staff in the form of food deliveries or gift cards.
While we are hopeful that we will be able to receive guests again in June, these are still very uncertain times and we intend to keep this fund open until the Diamante operation has stabilized.
We thank you, as always, for your continued support and we encourage all members to be as generous as possible in a show of appreciation for those who work so hard to make Diamante a special place to call home.
