Our definition of Hospitality is simple: The giving of oneself for the betterment of others.
Now more than ever our industry needs love and support. This page is exactly that. Many service industry team members have been severely impacted and displaced by this sudden pandemic. They need our help to provide food for themselves and their families immediately. 8020 will use 100% of donations to directly support this effort of serving those who serve!
Here’s how it will work with your help:
I addition to our in house Family Meal pick up option, we will partner with 12 of our locally owned and operated neighbors in the DFW area to deliver hot and delicious dinner to as many hospitality professionals as possible. Donations will go towards covering the cost of food for these pick up and delivery meals, as well as staff to serve them!
Our partners have been selected because of their dedication to and implementation of rigorous health and safety procedures. Our pre-screened delivery drivers will be subjected to health and safety exams before and after every delivery.
Donated meals will then be safely prepared, donated, and delivered Monday through Friday to those in the service industry who have been directly affected by COVID-19. Those affected and in need of delivery, may apply to receive meals on our DFWEats.com website.
