FACTS are a registered charity, non-profit organisation who provide transport to the elderly, vulnerable and those with a physical, cognitive or sensory impairment which restricts use of public transport.

Their drivers and passenger assistants are volunteers and they are reliant on the generosity and good will of local businesses, organisations and individuals. This allows them to carry on offering this essential service that they provide to the community.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, FACTS stepped in and offered their services to us (FELIXSTOWE PHARMACY), helping with delivering medication to the most vulnerable members of our community (patients 70years and over). They have now made over 2,600 deliveries, which is astounding.
