The Derby Royal Neonatal Intensive Care Unit has 24 spaces for premature and sick babies.
The parents of these babies are currently unable to visit as freely as usual due to covid-19 restrictions.
As a former N.I.C.U parents myself, I know how long and emotionally draining these days can be.
Current visiting restrictions mean that once you leave the unit, you are unable to return again that day, making popping out for a drink/food a difficult task.
My aim is to raise money to enable me to fill the parent room with drinks, pasta pots, soup, crisps, biscuits, and cereal bars, so that parents can sit and have something to eat and drink without leaving the unit.
This will allow parents to spend longer with their precious little ones.
Thank you for helping me to give parents on N.I.C.U one less thing to worry about during a very difficult time.
