Guillermo, a quiet person who loved soccer and school, is one of those people who cares deeply for others and his family. He worked delivering medicine to those who needed it. He looked after his mother, who suffers from a chronic illness, and his two younger teenage sisters. Siendo él mismo un joven, Guillermo se aseguraba de que tuvieran un techo sobre sus cabezas, comida en la mesa y que se cubrieran sus necesidades.

Guillermo y su familia se encuentran ahora en peligro. Mientras realizaba una entrega, Guillermo fue rodeado y detenido por inmigración. Su madre, Alma, está muy preocupada por su hijo; no sabe si está bien, si está bien alimentado ni si podrá volver a casa. Alma y sus hermanas menores también atraviesan dificultades económicas. Aunque sus médicos le han aconsejado que no trabaje, Alma ha vuelto a trabajar para cubrir los gastos diarios, controlar su enfermedad crónica y pagar los honorarios legales para traer a su hijo a casa.
