We tragically lost Dennis on December 23, 2021 at the age of 36. An amazing father and partner, the center of our world.
Dennis was a fun, giving young father with many great attributes across all aspects of his life. His ability to focus on what was important while enjoying life with his family was one key attribute. He was always ready to give a helping hand to others and worked hard to provide for his family. This loss during the holidays has been devastating to all who knew him.
Dennis had three people at the center of his universe, his children Mylana (14) and Jaxon (5), and the love of his life, LeAndra Arias - the perfect match who helped him be the best man and father one could ask for. Everything he did was to create happiness and quality of life for them. He was most at peace when tossing fishing lures or giving instructions to Mylana and Jaxon on where to find the big one. He always wanted to be involved as a cheer dad for Mylana’s competitions and as coach for all of Jaxon’s ball teams. Dennis and LeAndra’s love for each other and parenting styles were constantly in sync. LeAndra’s strength and love will surly help navigate the family’s path through healing in due time.
Dennis was well known in the community for fund raising and giving to those in need. In 2012, he joined the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce Visionaries as a young entrepreneur where he and LeAndra enjoyed organizing community fund raisers, coordinating learning sessions for young businesses, and building relationships. While with the visionaries, he led multiple fund raisers including several Make-a-Wish campaigns to help others fulfill a dream. He was the regional Vice President of Honor Flight of Northern New Mexico, where he coordinated annual trips to Washington DC for WWII and other senior veterans to honor their service and sacrifice. Dennis also served on the board of the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce for the last five years.
Dennis’ work ethic was one that all around him admired. He knew he could be successful if he was willing to work hard and learn along the way. He took that energy and built Front Line Services from the ground up. This business was built on his ability to identify a need, then implement a solution. Over the years he never hesitated to travel to disaster areas to provide his services after devastating hurricane’s including New York, Connecticut, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, & Texas. This well-respected man and father will be missed.
All donations will be directly held in accounts for Mylana and Jaxon Geshel. Thank you.
