On Saturday October 12 my husband and I received horrible news that our cousin was in critical care. She was 43 years old and had been diagnosed with breast cancer in June, she completed a partial mastectomy and had just received her second dose of chemo.  She became very I'll due to the bodies weak immune system caused by the chemotherapy and became septic. Her organs shut down and she passed away within hours of us arriving to the hospital.  Our family was not prepared for this loss, it happened so suddenly and unexpectedly. Lisa was a loving mother and wife who put her family first, she is survived by her husband and two young son's who are ages 13 and 9.  The family has a difficult road ahead with many new adjustments and stresses, in efforts to alleviate a small portion of the stress we are hoping to raise money for the Dena family.
