As the Delta Chi house has aged and as more brothers are showing a desire to live-in, our standard of living is declining. Functional washing machines, a decent place to cook, and working toilets are among the amenities that are gradually slipping away from us as live-in capacity increases. 

The current Executive Commission is trying to change this trend. Currently, Kevin Shields, Phil Yang, Chris Hornbeck, and Rodney Batongbacal are supporting us in trying to effect multiple renovations over this coming summer (these will specifically be for the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, flooring, windows). We have many projects in mind that would really make a difference for the live-ins, and, we are in need of financial support. On behalf of all of the brothers, I am asking for any donations to help us reach a humble goal of $5,000 to fund these projects. 

Your support does not go unnoticed, and will certainly have a lasting impact on both the physical plant and the brothers who will be able to reap the benefits of the renovations.
