Hi I'm Vicky and last year with a team of amazing partners delivered the first ever Bradford Heritage Festival. 33 events over 3 days brought to life Bradford's amazing Heritage stories.

This year it's back for Year 2 and is now a whopper... a week long with over 50 events. It's clear there's a huge desire for a Festival like this. One that helps us collectively celebrate brilliant stories of Bradford's Heritage and there's no doubting 2026 will be incredible.

I have applied for some funding but am doing most of the work in my spare time and of course unpaid. We just need a small boost in funds to get us across the line to deliver the festival. Money raised on Go Fund Me will support;

Design Print and Distribution of 3000 programmes

Production Support

Pay some artists to deliver their content

A small launch event

Some marketing and comms support.

It's worth saying almost all of the events in the Festival are free to attend and partners are giving their time venues for free too.

Getting the whole community behind this Festival will make all the difference and your support means the world.
