Dejon’s Homecoming

Support Dejon Joy, a formerly incarcerated individual and help him start his homecoming journey off right -- a community leader, family man, mentor, college student, and organizer. Dejon was incarcerated for 10.5 years in San Quentin State Prison. Throughout the years he has worked hard to correct his past mistakes and better himself. He immersed himself in numerous programs such as, The Last Mile, No More Tears, The San quentin Firehouse emergency response team, and he co-authored a curriculum named PREVAIL.

He was released on 11/27/22 and he is starting from scratch. He is starting his whole life all over and we are trying to raise some money to help his transition and ease the struggle to buy some of the basic needs most returning citizens face.

Anything is very much appreciated and all money will be going directly to De’jon.
