Defibrillator For CrossFit Ostmen

As you know I am owner and coach at CrossFit Ostmen. I will be running an 80km ultramarathon on May 24th called the Wild Atlantic Ultra. As part of doing this I hope to raise money to purchase a defibrillator to have in the gym as well as any extra funds being put back into the gym for our members benefit.

I will challenge myself physically and mentally with this and in doing so hopes to give back to the community that has been a keystone in making CrossFit Ostmen the gym it is today.

A defibrillator is something that we hope to never have to use, but could be key in saving the life of someone, member or not, some day.
