Civitas Law Group is a low -cost legal service provider in Milwaukee, WI.  Civitas believes that all people deserve meaningful access to the legal system that impacts all of our lives. In response to the ongoing crisis at the border, Civitas Law Group is sending an  attorney to volunteer with Al Otro Lado's Border Rights Project.  Our goal is to raise money to cover the travel costs of the attorney. Not only will the attorney be able to provide assistance at the border, the experience will help inform the future development of programs at Civitas Law Group pertaining to the representation of asylum seekers residing in WI.
