DEFEND THE LEGACY: Hibiscus Caribbean Elderly

Greetings, my name is Clifford Headley. I am fundraising to help Hibiscus Caribbean Elderly Association meet the legal cost of mounting an appeal to the Court to retain its premises licence. Established in 1984 and based at Hibiscus Community Centre, Hibiscus Caribbean Elderly Association (HCEA) provides services primarily to African and Caribbean elders.
