Defend Pet Owners' Rights to Speak Out

Please help us protect the rights of ALL pet owners (in Colorado and beyond) to SPEAK OUT and notify our peers about veterinarians who should be avoided -- at least until they reform their ways -- and not be sued into silence.

Have you been dissatisfied with your vet care or had a vet visit result in an injury or even the death of your beloved pet? Have you made a post or comments on social media like Facebook to warn others in the hopes of saving someone else from suffering the same devastating loss? Your freedom to speak freely is now in jeopardy and we need your help to prevent a very dangerous precedent being set. Until now, two brave Colorado residents have personally incurred the financial burden to fight one local vet clinic who wishes to silence any negative experiences and censor negative reviews.

After more than 2 years, they are now at the state Supreme Court level and need your help. The outcome of this case will have a national impact: if anti-SLAPP statutes do not apply, honest online reviews and ratings would subject their authors to years of costly litigation.
