This fund is being set up to cover legal fees that Loree Estates residents incur as they seek to challenge the re-zoning and/or access through our development of the 5-acre parcel adjacent to our development. We are seeking to either keep the development zoned at one house per acre or have access to the parcel be limited to East Lake Sammamish Parkway and not through our neighborhood.
