Defend Jessica's Right to See Her Kids

Hi, my name is Joshua, and I'm fundraising on behalf of my daughter, Jessica—a loving and devoted mother who is currently facing a heartbreaking legal battle in Texas. Despite having court-ordered visitation rights, the other parent is refusing to let her see her children. Jessica and the kids are suffering deeply because of this.

Jessica has always placed her children’s wellbeing first. She’s worked hard to avoid legal conflict, choosing instead to be patient and cooperative in hopes of maintaining peace—for the sake of the kids. But that goodwill has gone unreciprocated. She now finds herself forced to seek legal enforcement, not out of anger, but out of love and the need to protect her bond with her children.

Making matters worse, a recent attempt to limit her rights to supervised visitation came just after she began pursuing enforcement through the courts. The allegations behind that motion were investigated by CPS and found to be without merit—yet she must still defend herself in court.

Jessica is a single mother who’s exhausted her savings trying to navigate this alone. We are raising funds to cover:
