Hello, my name is Rachel. I'm Eve and Izzy's mom and sole legal/physical custodian. The photo you see is Izzy's first day of kinder and Eve's of 2nd grade. Now they're young teenagers. A lot has changed, but one constant has been the court case between me and their other parent.

This last year the children were being kept by their other parent for many hours past court-ordered return times, with no communication to me as to their whereabouts. They often came home from their parental visits in a state of fear, exhaustion and mental distress. I'm limited in what I can say in this public forum, but they now refuse to visit him.

I need competent legal counsel who can present why I shouldn't be forced to compel Eve and Izzy into visits. My efforts at self-representation in court haven't done justice to the evidence against him. Please help to provide the protection Eve and Izzy need.
