Help BAMN Defend Birthright Citizenship on May 15
Donation protected
On May 15, the US Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments i the lawsuits challenging Trump's racist executive order to eliminate birthright citizenship--the bedrock of his fascist policy of ethnic cleansing.
The Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration, and Immigrant Rights and Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary (BAMN) has filed a sweeping, and concise, amicus brief defending birthright citizenship that hearkens back to Frederick Douglass' campaign to pass the 14th Amendment -- a must-read for all who stand against Trump's fascist attacks.

You can find it in the list of amicus briefs filed for the case: https://www.scotusblog.com/cases/case-files/trump-v-casa-inc/
Help BAMN mobilize students and community activists travel to Washington, DC for May 15 Supreme Court hearing to oppose Trump's attacks. Our attorneys worked pro bono, but we are also raising money to pay for the legal fees related to filing our "friend of the court" amicus brief.
All donations will go toward travel, room, and board for activists and supporters and payment toward filing fees.

Last January we mobilized members from around the country to Washington, DC and to NYC to protest Trump's inauguration. We didn't stop there. On April 5, we mobilized activists from around the country to join the national march in Washington to oppose Trump.
We need your help again to defend the fundamental right to birthright citizenship at the Supreme Court on May 15, the day the Court hears oral arguments.
BAMN educates students, co-workers and our communities and hold walkouts, rallies, and marches around the country. We are continuing to provide leadership, organization, and perspective, working tirelessly to oppose Trump's tyranny and stop his political program of mass deportations - fascist ethnic cleansing of immigrants -- women's rights, LGBT+ rights, unions, science, all human rights, and democracy itself. We are committed to building the movement to end the ethnic-cleansing and genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. BAMN is organizing community/worker defense guards to stop Trump's mass deportations through MASS DIRECT ACTION to defend immigrant communities stop ICE terror from coast to coast.
We also need your help to pay for signs, sign material, banners for our actions. We also need your help to make mass copies of our seminal document "An American Catastrophe: Fascism Comes to America" analyzing Trump's election and pointing the way forward for our movement to defeat him and his fascist attacks (read and print version: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TW1fOomTFSUv4sfpp2KRlIdbjsLX2WUP/view).
