This is DeeDee.

DeeDee is the backbone of our services.

Here at Roots we rely on her for bringing all the equipment we need for our Community Hub 5 days a week, plus the water point cleaning, waste management and the NFI of hygiene items every day.

She failed her CT ( MOT)

We had a fab volunteer do his best but without very specific tools and parts he couldn’t fix her. We had no choice but to take her to a garage which spécialisés in IVECO vehicles. The news wasn’t good !!! So we are urgently fundraising so we can afford to fix her AND be able to continue with our services - if you could donate that would be amazing - but I know not everyone can afford to do this - if you could share this appeal far and wide ? I really wish we didn’t need to ask for help but we do !
