This GoFund me is dedicated to Jake’s surviving children Liam, 10 and Blakely, 5.

Jake Barnhardt’s life was tragically ended on March 6th, 2023 by a street racer in Nashville. Jake was a veteran who served out of Ft. Campbell with 5th Special Forces Group, as a 18D.

A common misconception with the passing of a veteran, is that there is always a large financial benefit available for the surviving children. In many cases, just like Jake’s, that is not true. For that reason this go fund me was set up to provide financial security for Jake’s two children who reside with their biological mothers. The funds raised will be equally allocated to the mothers of his biological children so that they can prepare for the education future of their children and navigate the loss of their father in the healthiest most supported way possible.
