Their amazing Dad needs your help...

This hurts me to even have to write this...

We are in an urgent and desperate need of funds for the bail and legal fees of an UNJUSTLY and FALSELY accused Father.

Our legal system is set up to favor those with power, privilege, and deep pockets leaving countless innocent people without a voice to be heard in court. My brother, is now one of them. It’s unjust. It’s biased. It’s rigged. It’s robbing him and his girls of an amazing life. And the evil forces behind this scheme, are poised to win.

He was one hearing away from resolution, after 5 years of battling in court. With the opposing side about to lose their fight for full custody, they have skillfully conjured up allegations to alienate him from their lives. It’s pure evil and clearly the devil’s work.

They couldn’t be more false.

He couldn’t be more innocent.

This was planned, and done in timely fashion. They have the ill motive, endless financial resources and a family member that’s an attorney, eager to fuel this fire. It’s sick what transpires in custody cases, and even sicker when it favors those abusing innocent children.

Backstory:

My brother was the primary care giver, Mr. Mom to his two beautiful daughters since birth. 6 years ago, he sought help, guidance and protection from local and state agencies due to deeply disturbing events involving his then toddler daughters. The legal system has not served him or his daughters. The agencies that are formed and claim to protect our children, have fallen short of their mission. Over and over. The issues and concerns he brought forward, were barely looked into. The details were conveniently missed and got lost in the custody shuffle. With red flags everywhere, the various agencies he trusted most, ignored his pleas. Calling him excessive for “over reporting”. They failed them, but he hasn’t failed his daughters. He has continued to represent himself and advocate for his daughters’ safety and well being. But the trauma they’ve suffered, is irreparable.

Countless times people have shared, “he’s the kind of Dad every child needs in this world”...

If you see him with his daughters, there’s not a shred of doubt that his mission in this lifetime was to be a Father. That’s where his light shines the brightest, and that light shows through them. Its beautiful to witness.. ✨

I’ve been floating his rent and financial responsibilities... I’ve had to postpone my cancer surgery/treatment, as well as putting the launch of my budding new business venture on hold...

I’m at my bottom and asking for a hand to help us up...

I believe in blessings.

I believe in miracles.

I trust the process and the bigger picture.
