DISASTER RELIEF FOR LEBANON (in collaboration with makeadifferencelb)
STORY
Some of you may remember we were raising funds to distribute food boxes across Lebanon. However, due to the tragedy of the blast in Beirut on 4th August 2020, all funds raised going forward will be dedicated to the disaster relief for Lebanon.
The tragedy has caused high casualties, deaths and disastrous damages across Beirut. We are all devastated, and calling for all to help raise funds to provide relief for people affected by the explosion in Beirut.
Lebanon has recently faced severe forest fires, the Covid-19 pandemic, a collapsing economy, electric power cuts, food shortages and now a city-transforming explosion on top of endemic political corruption.

WHO ARE WE?
Dear.Lebanon is a group of Lebanese in expats London deeply touched by the catastrophes that our home is facing. Our mission is to raise awareness of the current situation and work with NGO's in Lebanon to help provide support.
At the moment, we are working closely with MakeaDifferenceLB, an NGO based in Lebanon who are working extremely hard to help reach those in need on the ground by providing food, emergency aid and support.
