The death of George Floyd has catalyzed the already growing indignation and frustration felt in the Black American community. Many unarmed black men, women and children across the country have fallen victim to systemic racism and indefensible police brutality.

While many of us may not be on the front lines protesting, we can still be active contributors to the cause. We must all do our part to ensure the safety and well being of those who peacefully protest. Your activism and contribution will supply the courageous front-liners with essential first aid materials and food. We ultimately want to dispense water bottles, fresh food, ice packs, sanitizer, gloves, acetaminophen, etc to those working towards a positive and necessary change.

Saturday, June 6th, our team will be onsite distributing your contributions to passing protestors. The station will be set up near DuPont circle, a location where protests have frequented. Collection of monetary donations is needed expeditiously and is crucial to successfully assisting protestors.
