Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to ask for a little help for my mum.

My Mum, Dawn, 55, Mother of 4, relies on her mobility vehicle, without this she will be unable to stay independent, get to work, appointments, and everyday activities, as she is an amputee with losing both her legs above the knee and being a wheelchair user, since 2005, I’m sure you can understand why.

As you would expect, her vehicle must have alterations such as Viegel radial hand controls with an indicator switch, a top box for her wheelchair with all the electronics to control the lifting mechanism and a steering ball.

Unfortunately, due to recent events, she has been left in a unique, difficult financial position, and has to cover the full cost of the alterations herself as mobility only covers the vehicle not the alterations. Despite working a full time job, the extra expense is something she simply cannot manage alone.

If you’re able to donate anything at all, no matter how small, it would mean the world to her and help ease a very stressful situation. If you can’t donate, even sharing this fundraiser would be hugely appreciated.
