In November, the Davis family (Eddy, Shannon, Cole, Cash, and Sadie Faye) will be going to the village of Cielo, located on the outskirts of Santa Domingo in the Dominican Republic, to support the ongoing efforts of Mission Emanuel.

During our six-day stay, we will be constructing two new homes. One home is for Alberta, a single mother of two children with challenging health issues. The second home is for Anthony and Rosanny who have two children including an adult son that is struggling to recover after being struck by a car. These homes will provide a life for the families that otherwise would not be possible!

The Mission also supports 50 expecting mothers and we will be helping to improve the future school for these newborns by building new facilities and assisting with the educational and medical needs of the Cielo elementary school which includes efforts to provide clean water to the Cielo community.
