Friends and Family,
It’s been over a year since our dad, Dave Reynolds, suffered a severe stroke that left him paralyzed on the entire left side of his body and bedridden. He’s currently in a nursing home in Austin, Texas, and after months of searching for a way to bring him closer to family, we’ve found a solution — thanks to Grace on Wings, a nonprofit air ambulance charity.
This flight carries special meaning — Dad has always loved flying. As a private pilot, FAA safety counselor, and flight simulation instructor, he spent decades sharing his passion for aviation with others. Taking to the skies one more time feels like the perfect poetic transportation for someone who always found joy in flight.
Grace on Wings has generously covered the flight itself, but we are responsible for covering the cost of ambulance transportation to and from the aircraft. AMR (American Medical Response) will be providing this service, and the total cost is $2,500.
We’re asking for your help to help us cover these transportation costs. If you’re able to contribute, we’d be truly grateful.
Thank you for your support and for helping us bring Dad closer to family.
With gratitude,
Alison and Lauren Reynolds
