This year's Bournemouth Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 10th October and I will be raising awareness and donations for Helping Homeless Veterans UK as it is a charity that is very close to my heart and is doing a huge amount of Voluntary work in the Veterans Community by helping those that are struggling when they leave HM Armed Forces. They have helped 156 Veterans in the last two years and nobody gets paid a penny as everyone volunteers their time.
The Bournemouth Half Marathon course takes in both Boscombe and Bournemouth Piers along this coastal route and it starts at Hengisbury Head and Finishes at Bournemouth Lower Gardens.
